In the event you believe you have received a defective product simply email sales@justbraketube.com.au describing the defect (attach photo/s if applicable) along with your contact details and you will be contacted by a technical consultant.

Just Brake Tube fully guarantees it product that has been shipped to you. We will never take the attitude “It’s your problem”. We believe this approach is an industry first. Just Brake Tube will 100% work with you until the issue has been resolved.

If indeed the product is faulty, the product will be replaced, and we have the backing of one of Australia’s leading sleeving businesses to assist in fully solving any problems arising in this instance.
