Can I buy from you on normal commercial trading term?

Absolutely. There is only one non-negotiable condition, you pay within the terms of our agreement, or the account will be permanently placed on COD.

What type of customer service can I expect?

Very different to what the industry has been subject too. We are a family-owned business with many years of connection to the industry. Expect a return to good old fashioned and genuine service.

Can you guarantee stock availability?

Just Brake Tube has vast industry experience to draw from for tubing used within the industry. When you register as a user of our site you will be asked for an estimate of usage over a 12-month period, the more accurate you provide this information the more we can guarantee stock availability.

Can I buy one meter of tube?

No. Our tube is sold only by the full length as supplied from our tube mill which can vary from size to size.

Why does the tube length vary for some sizes?

We have engaged with a very progressive and environmentally conscious tube mill. Our initial specification was to supply in consistent 3-metre lengths. Lengthy discussions later we varied the lengths to utilize the full capacity of the raw billet material the tubing is drawn from which in turn reduces wastage, impact on our fragile environment thus giving a significant cost saving to our customers.

Is your stainless-steel tubing flawless?

Just Brake Tube fully guarantee our product. The quality control procedures in place eliminate most possibilities. No one is perfect. (Refer to our return and refund policy).

How will my tube be shipped?

By default, the tube lengths will be cut to one meter lengths, securely packed and shipped via Australia Post. Alternatively select the “collect” option at checkout, specify your needs, e.g., length required, preferred shipping method, or arrange your own shipping and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
